If you’ve suffered from mysterious pain or illness — gone from doctor visits to hospital stays — only to receive an autoimmune diagnosis, or no diagnosis at all, I understand. I’ve been there. And unless you’ve experienced it yourself, it’s hard to describe how lonely and frustrating it can be.
Think of Homebody as your last stop. While I have deep respect for traditional medicine and the doctors who do incredible work, most aren’t trained in autoimmune or chronic illness care — or in understanding how deeply the mind and body are connected in healing.
Session Details
My coaching style is designed to help you feel your best by addressing the mind-body connection, identifying how past and current stressors, trauma, and inflammation from certain foods impact your overall wellbeing, and supporting your body’s natural ability to heal. I'll start by guiding you by suggesting the top lifestyle changes that will move you towards reaching your goals. Each week we will discuss your progress or setbacks and I will educate you on new topics with another set of actions to focus on. Most importantly, we will focus on the mind-body connection. Healthy relationships, career, physical activity, and other factors play an equal if not greater role in improving your health and wellness. We will also work on gentle inner child exercises around past wounds so you can overcome blocks that might be keeping you from living in your full power.
Wellness coaches rarely get the credit they deserve. Too often, they’re overlooked in the medical world—yet their impact is undeniable. Behind the scenes, there are endless success stories of people who have found relief, balance, and renewed hope through this kind of care.
